Get In Touch
1

Low cost

The equipment investment is less and the material price is relatively low, casting is to turn the raw material into a liquid at a high temperature, and then pour the melted material into the mold to form the desired shape, so there is less equipment, the material can be reused, and there will be no too much loss.

2

Highly flexible

Metal casting technology can manufacture parts of various sizes and complex shapes, and can be applied to a variety of alloys, such as copper, aluminum, magnesium, steel, iron, etc.

3

Efficient and high quality production

Molds can economically manufacture tens of thousands of parts, the shape and size of metal castings, especially precision casting parts, very close to the required machine parts, to achieve high quality, surface finish and precision are very good, so there is almost no need to cut, thereby saving materials and subsequent processing time.

4

On-demand customization

Support from 1-100000+ parts customization, support small, medium or large metal parts customization, can produce a variety of unique products.

Technical standards for die casting

FAQ

How to quote?

You can get a free quote in two ways:
1. Click the "Get Quote" button on the website to upload your CAD data and project requirements (material, quantity, surface treatment, etc.).
2. Send your CAD file and project requirements directly to us via email at sales@hzxcnc.com

How long will it take to quote?

After receiving your information, under normal circumstances, we can respond to your information within 1 hour and give you a quote within 2 hours. Occasionally due to the time difference, it may be a little late, but we will contact you within 10 hours at the latest and respond to your offer within 24 hours. Please forgive us if we have kept you waiting for a while, and we will make you a perfect offer.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

We support the order from 1 part, but usually accept not less than 100 units of metal casting, because there are mold costs, so the more parts the lower the individual cost.

What are the steps of the die casting process?

There are five steps in the production of die casting products, which are: preparing the mold, injecting the material, cooling the metal, loosening the mold, and trimming the casting.

Which metal is best for die casting?

The metals commonly used in die casting projects are zinc, aluminum and magnesium, in addition, you can choose copper, brass, tin and lead for custom castings. However, it is difficult to determine the best metal because each metal alloy has its own unique physical properties, advantages and disadvantages, so you can choose according to your needs, if you are not sure, we can also give you some relevant suggestions.

Will die casting metal rust?

Whether or not to rust is usually determined by the material, castings are usually made of aluminum, zinc and magnesium, which are not mainly made of iron, which makes them resistant to corrosion and does not rust.
